The Irish Pirate

An Introduction

I’m the Captain behind the Irish Pirate and this is my story(the short version).

I owe a lot to the creative arts. The person I am today was carved out of the deepest depths, with the help of Creative outlets. I also wouldn’t be the same person today if I hadn’t found these.

Creative arts

My creative arts started off as hobbies, nothing more; mainly to keep my head straight to be honest. However, I discovered rather quickly that these outlets were exactly what I was missing in my life. They became my creative outlets, my sources of inspiration and the ability to experience a type of flow-state. They saved me, really. From the noise, frustration and my own head. They gave me a purpose and a passion. They morphed into and created The Irish Pirate.

Perspective

Now, I want to document and share the individual stories of both brands and the people behind them through my unique photography and videography. I also want to do it my way - through my lens and detail-oriented perspective.

Never lose hope

I look forward to the future now, you could say I found the light; something I hope you find too.

Oh… I am as neuro-spicy as they come too. Which means my brain doesn't operate in the traditional manner.  Picture a map of a busy town. The highways provide the fastest and most popular way to get around, but they are not the only paths to reach a destination. The scenic routes represent neuro-spicy indiduals like myself and I embrace it fully.

Ná caill Dóchas - Never lose Hope
